10 tips you should follow if you want to be healthy



1) You shouldn't take drugs.

2) You shouldn't smoke.

3) You shouldn't drink alcohol.

4) You shouldn't eat too many sweet.

5) You should try to sleep more than 8 hours

6) You should eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

7) You should do sports at least 3 times a week

8) You should eat properly.

9) You shouldn't have a shower after lunch.

10) You should be friendly and smile a lot.
